The Cooper-Dwinell House
94 Bank Street
Built in
1901 for a banker named Charles Cooper, this house is an excellent
example of the Colonial Revival style, characterized by freely combined
details of the Georgian and Federal styles with Queen Anne influence as
well.
From 1943 to 1987, it was the home of Lane Dwinell, the 69th Governor of the State of New Hampshire.
